Duration of processing of Personal Data. The processing of personal data will be carried out for the duration of the Agreement, or for as long as the Customer instruct the Provider, in connection with the performance of the Agreement. The Provider undertakes to comply with the obligations set out in the data protection laws for the entire duration of the Agreement, unless it is clear from the Agreement that they are to continue after its termination. The Provider may also process personal data for the duration stipulated by purposes where the Provider acts as personal data controller.
