Duration of Non-Compete. Unless extended pursuant to Section 5(g) of this Agreement, this covenant not to compete shall apply during the term of his employment with the Company and/or its direct or indirect subsidiaries, if any, and for a period of one year after the date on which Grantee ceases to be employed by the Company for any reason whatsoever (the “Non-Compete Period”).
