Common use of DURATION OF LEASE Clause in Contracts

DURATION OF LEASE. 2. The duration of the Lease hereby granted shall be 11 months as aforesaid, and may be extended for further period of 11 months and similarly further extended upto a maximum term of 5 years from the date commencement of lease.
