Duration of Effectiveness. If the Executive violates any of the restrictive covenants set forth in this Section 5, the Company shall not, as a result of the time involved in obtaining relief, be deprived of the benefit of the full period of such restrictive covenant. Accordingly, each restrictive covenant shall remain in effect not only for the duration specified in Sections 5.01 and 5.02, hereof, but also for an additional period equal in length to the period during which the Executive remained in violation of such covenant.
