Common use of Duration of Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Duration of Confidentiality. The provisions of this Article 17 shall apply during the term of this Agreement and for two years following expiration of this Agreement or termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 12.01 or Section 12.02, and shall continue to apply to any Participant that withdraws, that is deemed to have withdrawn, or that Transfers its Participating Interest, for two years following the date of such occurrence.
