Common use of DURATION CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

DURATION CLAUSE. This Agreement shall be effective as of the 1st day of January, 2019, and shall remain in full force and effect until the 31st day of December, 2021. It shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party shall notify the other in writing not later than ninety (90) days prior to the date of termination that it wishes to terminate or modify the Agreement for any reason. In the event that such notice is given, those provisions not reopened shall automatically renew from year to year. Negotiations shall begin not later than sixty (60) days prior to the termination of the Agreement. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect during the period of negotiations.
