DURATION CLAUSE. This Agreement shall become effective beginning September 1, 2020, and shall remain in effect through August 31, 2023. Either party to this Agreement may initiate negotiations for a successor Agreement to this Agreement to be effective beginning September 1, 2023, by tendering written notice to the other party on or after September 1, 2022.
