DURATION AND TERM. A. The term of the Program is for five years. B. Either party may extend the contract by written request, forty-five (45) days prior to expiration of current contract. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ party may withdraw from the Program upon six months written notice. Notice shall be deemed served on the date of mailing.
