Participant's Financial Commitment. So that no Participant shall be obligated beyond its commitment, no one Participant’s minimum obligation shall be reduced below the contract amount set forth in Exhibit 3 of the DSH MOU. A Participant that has not committed to any state hospital bed/years shall be financially responsible for its use of state hospital resources resulting from, but not limited to, the conversion of Penal Code commitments to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Conservatorships (WIC § 5008(h)(1)(8)).
