Common use of DURATION AND TERM Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND TERM. This Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date and, subject to earlier termination in accordance with Clause 10, shall continue until the Expiry Date. This Agreement shall terminate automatically on the Expiry Date without notice, unless extended pursuant to Schedule 1. The Company may give the Provider reasonable notice in writing prior to the Expiry Date that the Term is extended. Extensions of the Term pursuant to this Clause 2.2 shall be limited in number and duration as set out in Schedule 1.
