Duration and compliance. The duration of this agreement shall be from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011. During such period of time, any individual contract between the Board and an individual employee, heretofore or hereafter executed, shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this agreement. If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with this agreement, this agreement shall be controlling. Each individual employee contract when tendered to the employee shall be signed by the president of the Board and shall incorporate by written reference the terms and provisions of this agreement. In the event an employee should desire to resign his/her contract, he or she shall be permitted to do so by providing written notice of such to the superintendent two weeks prior to such resignation becoming effective. Similarly, in the event the superintendent should desire to terminate an individual employee's contract, he or she shall be permitted to do so by providing written notice of such to the employee two weeks prior to such termination becoming effective.
