DSA Notification Sample Clauses

DSA Notification. The Inspector shall notify DSA: 13.1.1. At least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of any Construction Work at each Site. 13.1.2. At least forty-eight (48) hours prior to completion of any foundation excavations/trenches. 13.1.3. At least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the first concrete pour/placement at any Site. 13.1.4. At least forty-eight (48) hours prior to significant concrete pour/placement at any Site. 13.1.5. When Construction Work has been suspended for a period of more than one (1) month. Notification shall be made on form DSA 151, or more current form, and shall be sent electronically to the DSA. A copy of each notification shall be kept in the Inspector’s Job File.
