Common use of DSA Notification Clause in Contracts

DSA Notification. Inspector shall notify DSA: 10.10.1.1. At least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of any Construction Work at the Site. 10.10.1.2. At least forty-eight (48) hours prior to completion of any foundation excavations/trenches. 10.10.1.3. At least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the first concrete pour/placement at the Site. 10.10.1.4. When Construction Work has been suspended for a period of more than two (2) weeks.
