Common use of Drops Clause in Contracts

Drops. Tutorific is allowed to drop a Student from this program if it is not possible to provide services due to lack of reasonable parent/guardian support in facilitating the tutoring (including but not limited to guardian inflexibility to accept any of multiple scheduling options and/or Students who tutoring does not commence despite approval of the schedule by guardian and reminders prior to the commencement date).
