Driver License Clause Samples
The Driver License clause establishes the requirement that any individual operating a vehicle under the agreement must possess a valid and current driver's license. In practice, this means that the party responsible for driving must be legally authorized to do so, and may need to provide proof of licensure upon request. This clause ensures that only qualified drivers are permitted, thereby reducing liability and promoting safety for all parties involved.
Driver License. The SSCC must:
2.10.1 Ensure that the following are made available to Children to facilitate driver license fee waiver-residency affidavit requirements:
2.10.1.1 A DFPS ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Youth Driver License Fee Waiver Letter;
2.10.1.2 A Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Texas Residency Affidavit (Form DL-5), which is completed and signed by the Child and a Representative; and
2.10.1.3 For Children under age 18, a Representative to accompany the Child to the DPS driver license office to provide acceptable proof of residency; and
2.10.2 Inform Children who have applied for a driver license of the need to notify DPS of a new address change within 30 days of a change in placement.
Driver License. All employees are required to maintain a valid New Jersey Driver’s License; however, should a grievous action occur which results in a loss of license, may result in immediate termination. The 1st time an employee fails to maintain his or her driver license in good standing, the Authority will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate said individual for a period not to exceed 6 months. The 2nd time an employee fails to maintain a valid New Jersey Driver’s License; he/she will be terminated. It will be the responsibility of the employee to notify the Authority immediately, should his/her license be revoked or suspended. Failure to notify the Authority will be cause for disciplinary action. Upon initial hiring a copy of employee’s license will be provided to the Authority and every year thereafter.
Driver License. Copies of driver licenses from all persons signing the Loan Documents and all persons authorized to request Advances and authorized to access to Borrower’s corporate checking and savings accounts with Lender.
Driver License. The Board shall pay for the CDL license required ofall bus drivers.
Driver License. 35.01 The Corporation will reimburse the employee only where additional costs are incurred above the cost of a normal Class G license renewal. This will apply to permanent employees who require an ‘upgraded’ permit for their job function.
35.02 Currently all renewal fees for drivers permits are the same. For example, a one year renewal for a Class G license is the same as a Class AZ license. Therefore, the Corporation will not reimburse employees for these drivers permit renewals. If in the future the fees change whereby the Class DZ and AZ are more costly than a Class G, then the Corporation will reimburse the employee the difference in cost between the Class G and Class DZ or AZ.
35.03 Additional costs such as medical fees, testing fees, etc. will be reimbursed in the amount of their actual cost.
35.04 The Corporation will not reimburse probationary employees for the costs associated with upgrading from a Class G to Class DZ or AZ.
35.05 The Corporation will pay for test time and will provide a suitable vehicle for the test for a current employee (who is not changing job functions) who is required to upgrade a permit or who is required to be re-tested in order to renew a permit.
35.06 New or transferred employees who require an upgraded permit as a condition of the job will be provided a vehicle only for the necessary test. Time for the test and all costs associated with the test and initial permit will be paid by the employee. To be obtained within six months of starting.
35.07 The Corporation will not pay for any permit testing required due to suspensions.
35.08 In order to be reimbursed, employees must submit a Ministry or other bona fide receipt to the Fleet Manager.
Driver License. As a condition of employment and as required in the County Class 21 Specification for the firefighter series, all CITY sworn employees will be required to have a 22 California Class C Driver License with firefighter endorsements as the minimum standard 23 driver license. No employee shall have license restrictions which would prevent him/her from 24 performing his/her employment duties.
Driver License. Any driver whose driver’s license has been suspended or receives driver violation points in excess of six (6) points shall be suspended from his/her assigned duties with the School District. The Board will pay for renewal of licenses required to operate school vehicle to transport children, upon the driver’s proof of written evidence of payment. If a suspended driver becomes eligible to return to work within ninety (90) calendar days of such a suspension, said driver may return with seniority credit for all driving service up to, but not including, the suspension. Any ineligibility of more than ninety (90) calendar days may, at the Director’s discretion, result in discharge. Any driver convicted of OUIL or drives on a suspended, expired or revoked license after the effective date of this Agreement shall be subject to discipline, up to and including discharge. Any on-the-job police contact will be immediately reported to dispatch and a written report filed upon returning to the Transportation Department. Any police contact while driving any vehicle that results in receiving a traffic ticket must be reported to the Transportation Department on the next work day.
Driver License. An authorization or privilege to operate a motor vehicle pursuant to the laws of a jurisdiction that is recognized by all member jurisdictions.
