Common use of Drilling At Expiration of the Term Clause in Contracts

Drilling At Expiration of the Term. If at the expiration of the Term, Lessee is engaged in the Actual Drilling of a well on the Leased Premises and there are no other xxxxx on the Leased Premises, or on lands pooled, unitized, or communitized therewith, which are producing in Paying Quantities, this Lease shall not terminate so long as Lessee shall pursue the Actual Drilling of such well with reasonable diligence to completion or abandonment. If such well shall produce in Paying Quantities, the well shall be treated as a well producing in Paying Quantities for purposes of this Lease continuing beyond the Tenn. If such well shall not produce in Paying Quantities; this Lease shall terminate on abandonment according to this Lease terms.
