- Drainage Structures. Obvious drainages are identified in Exhibit F. The drainage structures identified are for surface waters of significant size that will likely require that special care be exercised during road construction and logging operations. The drainages may not be capable of supporting snow and ice bridge crossings, depending on the seasonal weather conditions. If weather conditions provide for good logging conditions but are inadequate to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ areas adjacent to drainages for truck and equipment traffic, the PURCHASER must be prepared to: a. Stop hauling, scarifying and/or logging operations until conditions improve with respect to the integrity of the streams and soil conditions. The State will make the final determination as to whether conditions are adequate to maintain water quality and stream integrity. This in no way diminishes the responsibility of the Purchaser to maintain water quality under the FRPA. b. Install portable bridge structures over unstable stream areas to protect the integrity and water quality of the streams by keeping traffic away from the streams and associated unstable soil conditions.
