Common use of Draft Payment Applications Clause in Contracts

Draft Payment Applications. Contractor shall deliver to County, on or before the twenty-fifth (25th) day of each month after execution of this Contract, an itemized invoice describing the Work performed in the preceding month, which invoice shall constitute a representation by Contractor that the Work will have progressed to the point indicated by the end of the month, that the quality of the Work covered by the invoice is in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications, and that Contractor is entitled to payment in the amount requested. The Draft Payment Application shall include detailed backup material, including but not limited to invoices from Contractors, Design Professionals and other vendors, as County may reasonably request.
