Common use of DPW Clause in Contracts

DPW. Upon submittal of an application that includes any Community Improvements that fall under the jurisdiction of DPW or any Mitigation Measure within the SFFD’s jurisdiction, DPW will review each such application, or applicable portions thereof, and use good faith efforts to provide comments to the Developer within sixtythirty (6030) days of the DPW’s receipt of such application.

DPW.
