Common use of DP’s Representatives Clause in Contracts

DP’s Representatives. 1.7.2.1 DP designates Name, Title, Company, Address, as its Senior Representative (“DP’s Senior Representative”), which individual has the authority and responsibility set forth in this Agreement, including the authority and responsibility for avoiding and resolving disputes under Article 10. 1.7.2.2 DP designates Name, Title, Company, Address, as its Project Management “Representative” which individual has the authority and responsibility set forth in this Agreement.
