Common use of Downloadable Software Clause in Contracts

Downloadable Software. Use of the Services may require or include use of downloadable software. Provider grants Subscriber a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-assignable, limited right for Authorized Users to use downloadable software provided as part of the Services. Any Third-Party Materials that consist of downloadable software are subject to the use restrictions in Section 3.

Any Third-Party Materials Products that consist of downloadable software are subject to the use restrictions in terms of Section 33(e) of this Agreement.
