Common use of Donating Employees Clause in Contracts

Donating Employees. i. A full-time faculty employee may donate accrued sick leave in full eight (8) hour blocks. ii. Donating employees must maintain a minimum sick leave accrual balance of forty (40) hours after the number of donated days has been subtracted from their sick leave balance. iii. Donating employees shall complete and sign a form approved by the College authorizing the donated hours to be credited to the recipient employee.
