Domestic Partner. An individual who is personally related to the Sub- ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ by a domestic partnership that meets the following requirements: a) Both partners are 65 years of age or older and of the same or differ- ent sex; b) The partners share an intimate and committed relationship of mutual caring and the same principal resi- dence; c) The partners are not currently mar- ried and not so closely related by blood that legal marriage or regis- tered domestic partnership would otherwise be prohibited; d) Both partners were mentally com- petent to consent to a contract when their domestic partnership began.
