Documents to Bear Seal. Consultant and its subconsultants must endorse by professional seal all plans, works, and deliverables prepared by each for this Agreement as required by state law. Consultant must provide City of Xxxxxxxx Fire Xxxxxxxx a copy of the 30% and 90% design documents for review. The cover letter to the Fire Xxxxxxxx must request a review for all building fire protection connections to existing, new, or replaced water lines. When water lines of any size are included in the scope of work Consultant is responsible for obtaining information on all existing fire protection systems which could potentially be connected to the water line in the scope of work, and is responsible for the connection, reconnection, and identification of the fire protection system.
