Employee acknowledges and agrees that Employee has returned to the Company all records, documents, computer disks, or files of any type which were in Employee’s possession, together with all copies thereof. Employee also acknowledges and agrees that Employee has returned all keys, computers, credit cards, or other property of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates in Employee’s possession.
