Documentation Management System. The contractor shall establish a document management system which is a comprehensive system for the management of documentation. The relevant documentation must be maintained and updated as changes are made until the completion of the project. Any change shall be automatically propagated through to all related documentation. “Redline” approach will be accepted during implementation phase. Two copies of the system engineering and design stage documentation for technical clarification shall be presented to the Project Manager seven working days prior to the start of the respective formal technical clarification discussions. The system engineering and design stage documentation clarify the respective plant system The Contractor will obtain the acceptance of the system engineering and design stage documentation in the form of design freeze from the Project Manager during the process of the technical clarification meetings. The Project Manager’s acceptance is a requirement for commencement of the production engineering stage of the works.

Documentation Management System. A comprehensive documentation management system is provided. All documentation is maintained and updated until Completion. Any change is propagated automatically to all related documentation. All documentation forms an integral part of the documentation system. The AKZ plant position codes are identified in the documentation. AKZ codes, down to third level, are to be used. The Contractor includes the Project Manager accepted drawing head on all drawings submitted to the Project Manager. The format of all documents is submitted to the Project Manager for acceptance. Automatic prevention of duplication of numbering or ambiguity is built into the system.
Documentation Management System. The Contractor plans the supply of the documentation during the various project stages and provides the documents in accordance with the key scheduled project milestone dates. A comprehensive documentation management system is provided. The Contractor submits all documentation on a formal transmittal form in triplicate to the Project Manager. All manuals, documents and engineering documentation shall be presented in British English.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply.   • Monitoring and Management Information C10.1 The Contractor shall comply with the monitoring arrangements set out in the Monitoring Schedule including, but not limited to, providing such data and information as the Contractor may be required to produce under the Contract.
