Common use of Documentation and Record Keeping Clause in Contracts

Documentation and Record Keeping. The Vendor shall maintain documentation as necessary to prove that it is meeting its obligations under this MOU and such other standards as apply. The Vendor shall maintain such documentation for a period of three (3) years after the termination of this MOU, or in the alternative, shall submit such documentation to the Board within 30 days of the expiration date of this MOU. At any time during normal business hours, and as deemed necessary by the Board, the Vendor shall make available to the Board any such documentation for inspection. Copies of any School Records are the property of the Board and shall be returned by the Vendor to the Board upon the termination of this MOU.
