Document Submittals. The applicant shall submit Schematic Design Documents, which plans shall include the documents and information listed in Exhibit 1 attached hereto. OCII staff may waive certain document submittal requirements if OCII staff determines such documents are not necessary for the specific application. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT REVIEW Design Development Documents shall be submitted for review and either approval, conditional approval, or disapproval by OCII architectural staff, following approval of the Schematic Design.
