Comments to Documents. Contractor acknowledges and agrees to evaluate and incorporate comments to drawings from Owner or its designee. Contractor shall (i) co-operate with the Owner or its designee; and (ii) send all drawings to both parties simultaneously. Owner shall cause any designee to submit all comments within the time frames set forth in this Section 10.6.
