Common use of - DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT Clause in Contracts

- DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT. 24.01 Where an employee is unable to schedule her doctor's appointment on her day off, the Company agrees to allow the employee time off from work without pay, for the purpose of attending to her doctor's appointment, provided the employee endeavours to provide at least one (1) days' notice of such appointment.
