A ppearances. Leave with pay shall be granted any employee for attendance in any court, legislative committee or quasi-judicial or administrative body so long as such attendance is in connection with the employee’s officially assigned duties and that the requirement to appear is as a result of a subpoena filed on behalf of the City.
