Common use of Dock Days Clause in Contracts

Dock Days. Leave beyond the employee’s accrued leave (dock days) shall not be permitted without prior approval by the Superintendent of Schools. Leave will be granted or denied on a case by case basis based upon the facts and extenuating circumstances necessitating the leave request.

A call or email must be made/sent to the Superintendent of Schools prior to 8:00 A.M. If abuse is suspected disciplinary action will be taken as defined by this agreement.
