DMV INSPECTION. All Items awarded under the Contract in all Lots, except NYS Police Specified Items, must be delivered with complete NYS Inspections. In the event that an Item is delivered uninspected, $250 will be deducted from the invoice by the Authorized User to cover the cost of the inspection and to compensate for time. The State reserves the right to cancel a Contract and/or take other action if Items are not properly inspected or if the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles inspection sticker is not properly affixed to an Item. This section does not apply to NYS Police Specified Items (see Section III.8.2 Unit Price for NYS Police Specified Items).
