DMAS Compliance. Compliance with the terms and conditions of any license granted pursuant to this Contract is solely the responsibility of DMAS that purchased the license or for whom that license was purchased. DMAS will have no responsibility for compliance with the terms and conditions of the purchased license, unless DMAS purchased the license on its own behalf.
