Division into phases. The procurement contract has 2 phases, each of which is indivisible but phase 2 can only start once phase 1 is complete. A tender for part of the phases is inadmissible. The description of each phase is included in section 1 “technical specifications” of these Tender Specifications. Division into phases. ‌ If the Delivery is divided into Partial Deliveries, Appendix 1 and Appendix 3 provide a statement of the number of Phases, deadlines and the specific contents of the individual Partial Deliveries. Tests will be conducted for each Partial Delivery and for the Delivery as a whole, cf. clause 8. A Partial Delivery may be deployed subject to the conditions set out in clause 9. Acceptance of Partial Deliveries will be effected jointly upon approval of the acceptance test for the Delivery, cf. clause 10.
