Dividends, performance rebates. penalties or assessments, determined by the carriers in respect to the policies, shall be reported to the Union. Such costs or funds shall be allocated between the Employer and the Union bargaining unit in accordance with the premium-sharing arrangement which exists at the time of such determination. The utilization or distribution of the bargaining unit share shall be subject to consultation between the Union and the Employer.
