Dividends and Other Distributions. The Fund or designee will furnish the Company or its designee notice of any dividends or other distributions payable on the shares of each Portfolio via Networking. Dividends and distributions with respect to a Portfolio will be automatically reinvested in additional shares of the Portfolio held by the T/A Account(s) and the Fund or its designee will notify the Company or its designee, via Networking, as to the number of shares so issued.
