Common use of Dividend and Voting Rights Clause in Contracts

Dividend and Voting Rights. The Grantee will not have any voting rights or be entitled to any dividends with respect to Performance Units unless and until the Performance Requirements are timely satisfied and Shares have actually been issued to the Grantee. No dividends or dividend equivalents will be paid to the Grantee based upon interests in the Performance Units during the Performance Period.
