Divested Lines of Service. Employer agrees that any medical service line (including those listed in items (1) through (8) above), practice management, or other business in which Employer is engaged that is divested pursuant to a disposition, sale of assets or equity, or otherwise after the Effective Date shall not be considered to be a part of Employer’s Business effective as of the effective date of such divestiture.
