Common use of District’s Response to Reports Of Conditions Endangering Health or Safety Clause in Contracts

District’s Response to Reports Of Conditions Endangering Health or Safety. No later than five (5) work days after the unit member submits a report, the District will make a preliminary determination whether an unsafe condition or any condition endangering health or safety exists, and shall report its decision to the unit member in writing, which will include preliminary action steps. If the District determines that unsafe conditions exist, the District will remedy the conditions as soon as possible. If no remedy is available, the District will find another work area for the affected unit member.
