Common use of District Time Clause in Contracts

District Time. There is a recognized need to have employees attend District and building meetings prior to the start of school and to have time to finalize preparations for the start of school. In order to have this time, one day during the week prior to the start of school will be required attendance for all employees. Employees will be compensated two (2) days of per diem time, prorated by FTE.
