The District Safety Program clause establishes the requirement for a comprehensive safety program within a school district or similar organization. District Safety Program. Prior to any performance of Work at the Site, the CM shall review the District’s safety requirements for the Assigned Project and to address measures to be implemented by the CM to verify that the Contractor implements a safety programs during construction of the Assigned Project.
District Safety Program. No teacher shall be required to work under conditions that are in violation of State of Washington fire, safety, and health codes. The District agrees to provide the opportunity for a representative selected by the LEA to participate in the District Safety Program as a member of the standing District Safety Committee. Said Committee will investigate any complaints submitted to it by any individual teacher.
