Common use of District Representative Clause in Contracts

District Representative. The District shall designate a representative to act on the District’s behalf with respect to the Project and who shall be authorized to render decisions on behalf of the District and to carry out the District’s responsibilities under this Agreement, all of which shall be discharged or performed in a manner so as to avoid unreasonable delay in the orderly and sequential progress of Project design and construction and Architect’s services hereunder.

District Representative. The District shall may designate a representative District Representative for this Project who shall assume certain activities and responsibilities attributed to act on the District in this Agreement. The Vendor agrees to cooperate and provide services in conjunction with the District Representative, as directed by the District’s behalf with respect to the Project and who shall be authorized to render decisions on behalf of the District and to carry out the District’s responsibilities under this Agreement, all of which shall be discharged or performed in a manner so as to avoid unreasonable delay in the orderly and sequential progress of Project design and construction and Architect’s services hereunder.

District Representative. The District DISTRICT shall designate appoint a representative authorized to act on the District’s DISTRICT's behalf with respect to the Project and who PROJECT. The DISTRICT or its authorized representative shall be authorized to render decisions on behalf of the District and to carry out the District’s responsibilities under this Agreement, all of which shall be discharged or performed in a timely manner so as pertaining to avoid unreasonable delay in documents submitted by the orderly and sequential progress of Project design and construction and Architect’s services hereunder.CONSULTANT. Unless modified by written notice by the DISTRICT to the CONSULTANT, the DISTRICT Representative is:
