Common use of District Email Clause in Contracts

District Email. Student email addresses are unique and are used as their Google Apps username. The email is the year the student graduates, the first two letters of their first name, and then their last name followed by @▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇. For example: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇ The district will assign each student a password that is a series of letters and numbers. ● Passwords are unique and are not to be reset. ● Students should not share their passwords with anyone except a parent / guardian. ● Students should never use another student’s username or password. The Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School district provides every student with a Google Apps for Education (GAFE) account in grades K-12. The GAFE account provides students with access to the following district allowed Google resources from any computer or handheld device with Internet access at school or at home: ● Google Drive: A collaborative suite for students and teachers to create, edit and share documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and files. Students are not given the rights to share outside the BRRSD domain.
