District Administrator. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ shall be in charge of administering this Agreement on behalf of District (the “Administrator”), provided that any written notice or any consent, waiver or approval of District must be signed by the Superintendent or a designated employee of District to be valid. The Administrator has completed Exhibit D “Conflict of Interest Check” attached hereto.
