Common use of Distributor Services Clause in Contracts

Distributor Services. From the Effective Date the Distributor will provide the following Services to the Retailer: (a) Load Management Services (if any) in accordance with Schedule 5; (b) management of Unplanned Service Interruptions in accordance with Schedule 3; and (c) disconnection and reconnection Services in accordance with Schedule 4.

Distributor Services.
