Common use of Distributions Prior to Dissolution and Termination Clause in Contracts

Distributions Prior to Dissolution and Termination. Prior to the dissolution and termination of the Company, cash not needed by the Company for the operation of its business shall be distributed to the Members at such times and in such amounts as shall be determined by the Managers. All such distributions shall be made to the Members in proportion to the number of Units held by each Member.
