Distributions of Prepayment Charges. On each Distribution Date on or prior to the Class P Principal Distribution Date, the Trustee shall make distributions to the Holders of the Class P Certificates of all Prepayment Charges on deposit in the Distribution Account with respect to the Mortgage Loans in each Loan Group during the related Due Period. Such Prepayment Charges will not be available for distributions to the Holders of the other Classes of Certificates and shall not reduce the Principal Balance of the Class P Certificates.
