Common use of Distributions of Cash Flow Clause in Contracts

Distributions of Cash Flow. Distributions of cash flow shall be made to the Member at such times and in such amounts as are determined by the Member in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding any other provision contained in this Agreement, the Company shall not make a distribution to the Member on account of its interest in the Company if such distribution would violate Section 18-607 of the Act or other applicable law.
