Distribution of Written Materials. Any written materials distributed by Trustee pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as Parent utilizes in communications to holders of Parent Common Shares subject to Trustee being advised in writing of that method of communication and its ability to provide that method of communication) to each Beneficiary at its address as shown on the books of ExchangeCo. ExchangeCo shall provide or cause to be provided to Trustee for this purpose, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense:
